• Sponsored content and advertisements
• Event registrations or access to paid webinars
• Marketplace listings or promotional placements

By purchasing or subscribing to any of our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Digital Subscriptions

All digital subscription fees are non-refundable once payment is successfully processed. Subscribers gain immediate access to premium content, reports, and features upon payment, making the service non-returnable in nature.

However, if you are charged incorrectly due to a technical or billing error, please notify us within 7 working days of the transaction. Upon verification, we will initiate a refund or account credit.

2.2 Auto-Renewal Subscriptions

If your subscription plan renews automatically and you wish to cancel, please ensure that cancellation is done before the renewal date. Refunds will not be provided for any automatic renewals once the payment has been processed.

3. Advertising and Sponsored Content

3.1 Cancellations Prior to Campaign Launch

If you have purchased sponsored content, advertisements, or listings on Startup News India, you may cancel the campaign up to 72 hours before the scheduled publication or launch date. In such cases, we may issue a refund after deducting applicable administrative or processing fees.

3.2 Post-Publication Refunds

Once your sponsored article, banner ad, or promotional listing has been published or displayed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. This includes performance-related dissatisfaction or change of marketing strategy.

4. Events, Webinars, and Workshops

For events organized by Startup News India, including webinars, masterclasses, or conferences:

• If you cancel 7 or more days before the event date, you are eligible for a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
• In case of event postponement or cancellation by us, you will receive a full refund or a credit transfer to future events of your choice.

5. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 7–10 business days through the same mode of payment used during the purchase. Please note that your bank or payment gateway may take additional time to reflect the refund in your account.

6. Exceptions and Special Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:

• Failure to access digital content due to user-side internet or device issues
• Change of mind or subscription purchased in error
• Promotional or discounted offers
• Corporate partnership agreements where refund terms are governed by separate contracts
